We suggest booking your flight 6 months prior to your departure for the best rate. We do; however, recommend booking accommodations as soon as you can since hotels in Italy tend to have limited rooms.

We recommend flying into either Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport, Rome (FCO) or Amerigo Vespucci Airport, Florence (FLR). For some guests from London it's possible to fly directly to Perugia (PEG), have a look if this is an option for you. Rome: 2hr10min drive or 3hr20 train to Perugia Florence: 2hr drive or 2hr45min train to Perugia. We will organize a shuttle for transportation from FCO to Perugia or you can rent your own car.

We recommend renting a car if you plan to venture out of Perugia. The city of Perugia is very walkable if you are staying near the city center. There will be round trip transportation to and from the city center and the Villa (20 minute drive) the day of the wedding.

We recommend booking a car via Free 2 move, its way more flexible, cost transparent and easy. If you choose to rent a car via another provider don't forget to bring your drivers license AND your physical credit card (caution: they don't accept neo banks like Revolut in Italy).
